Would love to give a review but have not yet received the order. Trying to find out what happened has been very slow and information has been hard to get. I'm still hopeful that the item will arrive

The composter seems fine but the delivery service was atrocious.

Best composting option I have used. I have tried cold composting, worms, bokashi. All require more effort and sometimes unpleasant smells. Only drawback to reencycle is that it uses electricity, but this is very small trade off for a great system.

This has saved me so much mess. I kept a green bin on my counter. It would fill up 2 days before garbage collection. I would freeze the contents in a bag in the freezer and continue filling up the bin until garbage day. Since I started using Reencle 15 days ago, the bin is only half full on garbage day. All vegetable and protein waste goes int Reencle. Bones, nut shells and greasy paper towels go out to the garbage.

Love the product. Hate the customer service. It is almost non existent and very time consuming. My unit is not functioning since April and I have not gotten a response despite calling and leaving messages. Emailing and chatting. It is now end of July, I am very dispointed. I would love some help before my waranty is up.
